The SGC MMA Family Open Day is your chance to step inside our community and experience the energy of Striking Grappling Collective. Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or already training, the day is packed with something for everyone — free trial classes for kids and adults, fun fitness challenges, raffles, BBQ, massages, and family-friendly activities.
Our coaches and team will guide you through Muay Thai and boxing trial sessions, showcase live demonstrations, and host exciting games like tug-of-war and pad challenges. Kids can enjoy mini sparring, relays, and a dedicated play zone, while parents explore everything SGC MMA has to offer.
